Terms of Service
Version 2026.2 · Updated 2026-10-07
These terms govern your use of GlamSpot. GlamSpot is the platform’s brand name and is currently operated by its owner (see the Contact page). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
What GlamSpot is
GlamSpot is a booking and discovery platform that connects customers with independent beauty professionals ("providers"). Every provider is reviewed by our team before their profile becomes visible. GlamSpot is not a party to the service a provider performs, and does not process the customer’s payment for it — customers pay providers directly.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book appointments, register as a provider, or use GlamSpot.
Provider applications and approval
Applying as a provider does not guarantee approval. We may approve, reject, or later suspend a provider account — see the Provider Agreement for details. Rejecting or suspending an account is never done automatically by this policy; a member of our team makes that decision, with a reason recorded.
Bookings and cancellations
How booking, accepting, and cancelling appointments works is described in our Cancellation Policy.
Reviews and content
A customer may leave one review per completed booking. Reviews must be honest and based on a real appointment. Anyone can report a review that breaks our Community Guidelines; our admin team may hide or remove it. You keep ownership of what you post, but you give GlamSpot permission to display it on the platform.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform — see our Community Guidelines for the specifics.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may close your account at any time by requesting deletion in Account settings, which our team will review.
Disclaimers and liability
GlamSpot is a booking and discovery platform that connects customers with independent beauty providers. Providers are independent: each provider is responsible for their own services, qualifications, premises, hygiene, safety, pricing, and dealings with customers. GlamSpot does not perform, supervise, or take responsibility for a provider’s services, and does not guarantee their quality or that a provider will accept a booking.
GlamSpot provides the platform "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, GlamSpot is not liable for loss or damage arising from a service performed by a provider, from a dispute between a customer and a provider, or from the platform being unavailable or interrupted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Libya. The competent courts in Tripoli, Libya, will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we will update the version and date at the top of this page.
