Provider Agreement

Applying

You may apply with only an e-mail and password, and add your business details — including an optional photo of your store or work — at any time before or after applying. We may ask you for more information before deciding; this does not reject your application.

Review and approval

Our team reviews every application. We approve an application once it has, at minimum, a business name and a category. Approval is at our discretion.

Accurate information

Your business name, description, photos, services, and prices shown to customers must be accurate and belong to you.

Fulfilling bookings

When you accept a booking, you are committing to provide that service at that time. Set your working hours and block dates you are unavailable so customers only see real availability.

Fees

Providers pay GlamSpot a platform fee for each booking they accept. The current default fee is LYD 5 per accepted booking. The fee is paid by the provider only; it is never added to the price the customer pays, and customers do not pay it.

Before you accept a booking, the app shows you the current fee and asks you to confirm it. The fee recorded is the fee you confirmed. If the fee changes before you confirm, the app shows you the new amount and asks you to confirm again. GlamSpot may change the fee for future bookings, but the fee for a booking is fixed at the moment you accept it, and a later change never applies to a booking you have already accepted.

When the fee becomes due: the fee arises when you accept a booking, and it is recorded as owed to GlamSpot at that moment. No fee arises on a request you reject, or on a request that is cancelled before you accept it.

Your balance: the balance owed to GlamSpot shown in the app is the total of the fees currently marked as owed on your account. Fees marked as paid, waived or cancelled are not included. It is an amount you owe to GlamSpot, not money owed to you. Your fee history shows each fee and its status.

Completed appointments and no-shows: if you mark an accepted booking as completed, or as a no-show, its fee stays owed.

Cancellations: if an accepted booking is cancelled — by the customer, by you, or by GlamSpot — its fee is cancelled automatically and no longer counts towards your balance, unless our team has already marked it as paid or waived. GlamSpot does not charge providers a separate cancellation penalty.

How fees are paid: fees are paid to GlamSpot in cash. Our team marks a fee as paid once GlamSpot has received the cash payment, and may also mark a fee as waived. Questions about paying a fee can be sent to GlamSpot support (see the Contact page).

Suspension

We may suspend your account for breaking this agreement, our Terms of Service, or our Community Guidelines. A suspended profile is immediately hidden from customers. We record who suspended an account, when, and why, and you can see the reason on your status page. You may request reinstatement; our team reviews every case.

Your own business obligations

You must comply with all laws and local municipal licensing requirements that apply to your beauty services and premises in Libya, including the applicable hygiene, health, safety, tax, and business-registration obligations. You are responsible for confirming which licences or registrations apply to your specific activity and municipality. GlamSpot does not state that one national licence applies to every provider, including makeup artists and home-based providers.

GlamSpot approving your profile is not a confirmation that you hold any licence or registration that the law requires.
