Community Guidelines

GlamSpot works because customers and providers trust what they read here. These guidelines apply to profiles, bookings, and reviews.
Be honest
Business descriptions, service listings, and prices must be accurate. Reviews must reflect a real, completed appointment — never write or ask for a review of an appointment that did not happen.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language toward another customer, provider, or our team, in a review, a booking note, or anywhere else on the platform.
No spam or fraud
Do not post promotional content, links, or contact details in reviews or booking notes, and do not create fake accounts or fake bookings to inflate or deflate a rating.
Appropriate photos
Photos (profile, business, or application photos) must be your own, relevant, and appropriate — no explicit, violent, or offensive images.
Reporting content
If you see a review that breaks these guidelines, use "Report" on that review. Our team reviews every report; a reported review is not hidden automatically, only after review.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book appointments, register as a provider, or use GlamSpot.
Consequences
Breaking these guidelines can lead to content being hidden or removed, or — for repeated or serious breaches — an account being suspended, as described in our Terms of Service and Provider Agreement.
